I had initially sought the advice of another law firm regarding my daughter’s playground accident. They had advised me there was no point in pursuing a claim as there were no reasonable prospects of success.A friend then referred me to John of Penrose Lawyers as she had used him in her car accident claim in which he had achieved great results that exceeded her expectations. John looked at my daughters case and told me it was definitely worth investigating further. After thoroughly investigating her case, he then advised me the case had potential to be pursued as there was obvious evidence of negligence on the part of the other side in the matter. Based on John’s advice, I chose to pursue a claim for my daughter and I am very glad that I did as he achieved a great result for my daughter that surpassed my expectation. Rita and her team went above and beyond on obtaining a stamp duty refund from revenue nsw on a previously failed property purchase, lodging an application for stamp duty cancellation on a new property, lodging an application for stamp duty reassessment and refund, various telephone calls and emails with revenue nsw. They constantly update/guide me on what was happening and what the next step was. Will continue to use Penrose in the future.
